I'm back now, finally broke free from the grasp of Overwatch. I know i've missed a lot and it's impossible to explain EVERYTHING but would someone be able to give me a rundown of the current meta and who is strong/weak? What type of Jungler is being played? Popular bot lane combos? Etc.

Honestly? You haven't been gone THAT long just yet. Start up a few normals and get a feel for everything again before you start worrying about the current state of the meta.
