Can somebody explain me the Flex queue?
Im in promo to gold in flex queue, but im silver 4 on ranked solo/duo. If i manage to be gold on flex, do i get the same rewards like in ranked solo/duo? Can someone fully explain it to me?

My understanding is that you'll get the basic rewards for reaching gold as long as you're gold in one of the queues. They've hinted that there will be an additional reward for those who make gold in both solo and flex queues.
