(Suggestion) Add a feature to turn excess RP into something useful

I am currently sitting at 38 RP that i cant use to purchase anything and i think it would be a cool idea to add a feature where you could turn RP into something you can more readily use such as Blue/Orange essence or extra IP that you could use with your current IP stash.
