True tilt comes from playing yasuo, outplaying your enemy in lane. Then everyone going mid and feeding him, also blaming you for the feed when you go 7/3.

How about this: A game as thresh support where your toplane was stolen by a locker and your ADC is feeding intentionally. Meanwhile, the enemy riven and yasuo are listening to her whining in allchat about how we're "flaming" her (asking to report because she was 100% feeding and said so herself) and the enemy jax is stomping your rammus instalocker top.
