Profile Banners

I noticed how a lot of the time everyone has the same old man profile banner when you go to you or someone else's profile , and the only way it

would be different is having a legendary Ezreal, Udyr , Sona skin. Is it always gonna stay like that? it might not be a big deal due to it being a little accessory ; just something i was wondering I think it'd be cool to be able to customize it
