this is how i see the system set up here on league of legends the system set in place gives power to trolls overall you put this system in place as a way to not deal with the toxicity yourselves and that has cost me and many others money. i simple and easy way to deal with this is an auto mute feature for players who have been reported. auto mute for 2 weeks 4 weeks 6 weeks and if it continues take away the ability to chat all together. but to take away the game people put money into is pure theft and i will not stand for it. its a simple thing to fix and you have more than enough resources to do so. what i fail to understand if how people have the chat filter on and have to choose to take it off only to complain about the chat later. its like saying you hate the beach but wont move away from the beach. you are better than this RIOT or i would like to hope so because what i see is a money hungry entity stealing from people around the world.
