Ghost Blade or Cleaver on Fiora

So I just got the other day and I like her, but I want a insight opinion. or ? For both Top Lane Fiora and Jungle Fiora (even though I haven't tried her in the jungle just yet). Up until now I've been building on her in the top lane, but recently I went up against a (3 in 1 day) and he counter built me perfectly by getting then , and he had so much armor I couldn't do any damage to him anymore (thankfully that left him vulnerable to ). So I was looking around today and read up on since I haven't seen one in awhile, and wondered if that is what I needed for since it reduces up to 25% of the targets armor. Thoughts and opinions would be helpful.
