i got 2 week banned on july 19 2015. I will be unbanned on sunday so will it be right at 12am mid night i get unbanned or do i gotta wait till the exact time i got banned i hope that i got unbanned right away at 12 am

Bans are issued in 24-hour blocks. So if you were banned (for example) at 9am, your ban will end at the same time. It's also worth noting that the time listed in the email sent with your ban is PDT - if you don't live on the West Coast, you'll need to adjust for the time change.
