Riot so no one possible can take my rp code

I'm banned from leauge of legends I get un banned in a week but someone can obliously take my rp code. But there's a lope hole around this banned I can gift rp I happen to have a smurf I can go on and gift it to the main would that be a problem because I can wait if riot wants me too.
