Ranked Placement Idea

I really dislike the current ranked placement system and think I have a much better way for placement that is much more fair.

  1. Before anyone is allowed to play in a ranked game each season they need to be placed by playing and winning 3 games in every role in the Normal Draft picks game. Doing this every season will allow players who think they have gotten better another chance to prove there performance. Also Making players play every role and winning 3 times at each role should make the champion selection order not matter as everyone will be able to play all roles. (I have been in soooooo many champion selections where players say the don't know how to play a role and if they have to play a given role the team will lose)

  2. Track how many games it takes for win the 3 games for each role, once a player reaches his/her 3 wins for that role it stops tracking that role as sometime they may have to play roles they have completed already.

  3. Once a player has completed his/hers 3 wins at each role they then get placed by the number of game, there kill/death ratio and if they are reported for going AFK or trolling a game or having a negative toxic attitude.

  4. If a player stops playing for more then 4 weeks they get dropped to the next tier ie.. if they are silver 3 they go to silver 4 and each week they continue to be in active they drop another tier until they hit the bottom of the lowest ranking which at that time they get removed from the ranked standing and must re-qualify by playing the and winning the 3 normal draft pick games.

  5. If a player request a reset thinking they have gotten a lot better then where they are playing let them have 1 reset each season, but once used where they end up is where they remain and they have to earn the way up the tiers.

Doing the placements this way will also make it so players in ranked games are not effected play players not on there level of play weather it is better or worse.

To show how broken the current placement and advancement system is I would challenge League of Legends to hire 10 pros to start with zero points in bronze 5 and see how far they make it. Of course give them an account and instruct them to not say they are pros ever.

That's really a gr8 Idea bro , i like it ! Cuz ppls main 1 or 2 roles and they get destroyed if they played the 3 other rules ! Perfect Idea ;)

I dislike this idea. Think about it. Right now solo queue has to play 10 matches. You are suggesting that we play 15 matches MINIMUM. That's only if you win 3 for each role in a row. This would take way to long to place. And then think of the pros. Most pros cant play every role. A majority of professional junglers can only play jungle and top. This goes for most people. Most can only play one or two roles. Now Think of how champ select goes. Most see it as PICK ORDER NOW. When really it should be DISCUSSION. Meaning "hey guys id like to win this game :D and to increase our chance of winning i need to play mid, its my best role" then you let him play mid. Most people just scream about what they want to play. But in reality these people can actually play more than one role or don't even know how to play the role they want effectively. So really you should give the person who needs a role more and not force them to play a role they cant play. Sorry i rambled and got off topic but this stuff bugs me.Khazix (hehehe bugs me XD)
