Talon's passive

Hey guys. I just want to know what you all think about Talon'sTalon passive. I personally think its weak or somewhat useless. Hoping someone can change my mind or tell me how it can be strengthened. Is talon going to get a rework?

Oh, come on. Talon is one of the best at doing what he's supposed to do: jumping onto a soft and unwilling ADC or APC and murdering them in one combo. He doesn't need a buff in any way because he's the stuff of their nightmares. Even Fizz is afraid of Talon.

I think the problem is that people combo all wrong with Talon. If you start with a Rake, follow with a Silence and a big stab, the damage is immense. Most people initiate with the silence, stab, and then rake to keep the enemy from running away. In that case, yes, his passive is useless because it's only going to increase an auto-attack and the next stab, if you get to them before the slow wears off.

If I can't Rake before I dive in, I'm not going to dive in unless I'm certain someone is going to die and I can ult to save my squishy self from the pounding I'm gonna get. Oh, and don't forget that slows from any teammate will trigger his passive. On a team with even just a bit of slow, 10% increased damage is insanely strong.

Talons probably not going to get rework as many people seem to enjoy him how he is already :P

Consider his combo. Port in and silence which increases damage. Rake for a slow which increases his damage due to passive. And then auto and auto reset for his q. The two damage amps along with any you might have from masteries can make that auto and Q hit like trucks. It's a pretty decent passive to help talon do what he does best and burst a single target. There are A LOT of worse passives out there.

His passive just needs to be changed. It becomes pretty much useless and if u invest into a frozen mallet for permanent slows it doesn't even add up to what u could get.

I find it silly how people yell at me for wanting Jayce's passive to be buffed (since it literally looks like his passive should be just a part of his ultimate) and they say he doesn't "need it" whereas everyone always wants Talon's passive to be buffed when he quite obviously doesn't need it.

Then again, just because a champion doesn't need something doesn't mean they shouldn't be built properly. Talon's lack of a working passive is bad design, even though he doesn't need a new one, it's still needed for the mechanical sake.

His passive isn't nearly as good as nearly every other assassin, but his kit doesn't have hardly a drop of counterplay in it, so I wouldn't expect it to get buffed in any way. I would expect some sort of a rework before that happened.

They should change it to something similar to Kha's Isolate -> He deals increased damage against champions, that is reduced for every nearby enemy champion.
