I really liked xerath's rework and its been awhile and i haven't heard much about it lately. So if someone could update or something lol. And i think we need new jungle items that aren't mana oriented for mana-less champs. I would like some choice and not always go with wriggles.
Even mana-less champs can benefit from 
. At least the tankier ones like Shyvana get can CDR, health, and health regen. Even if the mana regen is a wasted stat, the item itself is just so powerful.
We have to wait for 
's rework, Riot is still finalizing his rework. Although I will miss his "W>E>R>Q>R>R" combo, the new passive, W, R is quite nice and more appropriate.
Not particularly concerned with Xerath but the lack of choice for jungle items is very annoying. Due to the buffs to the monsters, you basically HAVE to take hunter's machete but you can't necessarily build it into something that helps your champ out. Is Riot trying to limit viable junglers or what?
Also i think if the rework doesn't go through he should do more damage. I was up by like seven kills had good items and i didn't feel very strong compared to other champs. Late game was the same as well. I had like 530 ap and felt really weak. So if riot could look into that or maybe i'm wrong.
