WHY SHOULD MY TEAM AND I TAKE A LOSE IN PROMO'S CAUSE OF LAG?

Hello Riot Games, I recently played a Ranked game as Sejuani and went 3/0/13 well half way through the game I lag out! Nothing wrong with my Wifi I restarted it and still wouldn't connect! I joined later that match finally after 2 hours and found that we had lost! That is not fair to me or my team! I think that I should not have lost a Promo game because of not being able to connect! Please find a way to fix you servers! Cause I was like screaming my head off when I found that we lost!

      Sincerely, DigitalBoxGaming

Digital... you are thinking about this all wrong. Turn this scenario around. Lets say you are feeding horribly and your team is raging. You pull the plug, and now your team goes ahead and looses. Do you deserve that loss?

It does not matter in what way you allow DC's to provide loss forgiveness, it WILL be abused by the people playing. Someone would even go as far as to DDoS the servers in a loss scenario just so they could claim it was connection issues and have "proof" it wasn't "their fault". Yes, having a hard line against this kind of thing does stink for those fringe cases where legitimate disconnects (typically due to a routing issue outside of Riots control) happen... but unfortunately you can't trust people.

Sum up the post Yes, it stinks for you, but honestly, you can't expect them to repeal a loss in this situation.
