Hextech Annie VS Soulstealer Vayne

Alright, this last project week has been insane. I bought 50$ RP (@ had some random guy in an ARAM gift me 4500 RP so thanks again if your reading this) and did a large unboxing of Augment caches and regular chests for my friends( had about 30 caches and 10 regulars),and lo and behold I ended up with 16 gemstones. I was wondering as a supp\adc main which skin I should get, Hextech Annie or Soulstealer Vayne. This is a hard choice because I love both champs and I was wondering which one was better in your opinion and why. Please help me decide with the poll and leave your thoughts as to why or why not :)

I'm getting another 25$ tonight so I may get enough for both so cross your thumbs for 4 more gemstones in 10 caches!!!

Annie has more particles (just kinda the result of not being completely auto attack focused)

And your luck is better than mine. I opened 27 chests and got 1 gemstone.

Both skins have the same features (new models, all-new particles, recall animations), but Annie simply has more to her just because she's a mage.

I'm heavily biased towards Hextech Annie because blue is my favorite color. As well as being generally better at mages than auto-attackers.

So I say Annie. Of course it's your choice, but that's my 2 cents.
