And he's disabled the whole time. :/ Can someone please inform me on what's wrong with viktor and rumble? I would like to know. Thanks :)

I kinda want to try him again due to finding about falconshield but now I can't. Rito shouldn't be unfair about this. He should be on the free rotation :/ otherwise I'm going to be pretty mad :/

its a problem with aiming his lazer and thats why rumble is also out right now because his ults doing the same thing you click and it just go's it doesnt let you aim

Oh they are doing something with that finally? I've always had issues with that occasionally. :( I'm happy they are fixing it though. Thanks for the info :)

You can get more info sometimes by clicking the message after expanding the notification, as it takes you to the Service Status Page. There you'll read;

Riot Eglorian – Last Saturday at 2:43 PM Due to Viktor currently being disabled, Jinx will be taking his place in the free rotation this week. He will be added to the free rotation once he is re-enabled. Last Thursday at 5:18 PM **Network Operations — **We've temporarily disabled Rumble and Viktor due to an in-game bug and are working on fixing the problem.
