The one time vik is on the free rotation

And he's disabled the whole time. :/ Can someone please inform me on what's wrong with viktor and rumble? I would like to know. Thanks :)

I was thinking the same thing.

I hope they make Viktor free again next week.

You can get more info sometimes by clicking the message after expanding the notification, as it takes you to the Service Status Page. There you'll read;

Riot Eglorian – Last Saturday at 2:43 PM Due to Viktor currently being disabled, Jinx will be taking his place in the free rotation this week. He will be added to the free rotation once he is re-enabled. Last Thursday at 5:18 PM **Network Operations — **We've temporarily disabled Rumble and Viktor due to an in-game bug and are working on fixing the problem.
