Masters Dissertation on League.

MznIhyk8sw·Nov 15, 2014·13 votes·3,356 views

I wrote my masters dissertation Conflict and Conflict Resolution within League of Legends and now it's time to share my findings after receiving my degree.

(the doc is a .txt so notepad due to upload restrictions, just copy and paste it into a word .doc) Also due to upload restrictions all of the appendices (images) have been removed.

Enjoy it, Flame it, Troll it, Learn from it, Hate it... just do what WE league players do!

Edit: created a PDF and uploaded it to drop box by request so use whichever you please!

Downloading and sending to my phone to read on the go in downtime. This should be more interesting than the next article on Bleacher Report.

TYVM for sharing your work!

Awesome! i hope you enjoy it, it sure was difficult due to the lack of other research but i think i put it together well.

I will do that either later tonight or tomorrow, but for the time being if you want to read it now you can just click the link press CTRL+a and it will highlight it all then copy and paste it into word.

I thought a dissertation was at the doctoral level, and that you wrote a thesis at the master's level...I mean, my master's thesis was 80 some pages. Dissertations are usually longer...

Pretty sure its the other way around:P and my dissertation was to be 15,000 words max and with all the other stuff added in (pictures etc) it is around 75 pages

Can you upload this as a .pdf to Dropbox and then just attach the link? Or even a Google Doc with an interactive table of contents? I think it's great you did this, but it's really hard to read through that long of a .txt file.

i will once i have time, I'm literally just stopping in and checking this thread for like 5 minutes every few hours because of I'm so busy. For the mean time just copy and paste it into word.

Let me know when you put up a .pdf, much easier to read on mobile.

Interesting. I'll definitely take a look at this... just not from work, forums they'll let me get away with, but downloading attachments might trigger a few flags ;)

i've had more responses on non league related sites than on here... shame the new forum system doesn't really allow for showing or discussing anything unless its extremely popular or new
