Fix Riots System TOGETHER!!

Post how you think we should fix riots system, for me i have alot of bad experiance's with riot support. Recently i was banned for 1 game of toxicity, vs a troll. and it wasnt anything that bad, no racism, no threats. Just some swearing. And it was confimed that, it was the only game and riot cant undo it, as well as other problems with other people.
