Your part of the reason this community sucks
They have never released all the upcoming content all at once. It would be bad for business if they released everything all at once because people can't buy everything all at once. Usually they'll release content weekly. We gotten Illaoi and the hecrim skin so more than likely we will see it next week. It's also thanksgiving so expecting it today is idiotic. Enjoy the day with family on this holiday!

Obviously you haven't been playing this game for too long. Throughout a patch they release the new skins successively. Not all at once. You just have to wait for it to come out sometime this patch. Don't be so hasty.
