level system in my opinion just needs to be removed

i had my first lol account at the beginning of season 4 stop playing lol at the end of season 4 and didn't play the game until 5.18 (forgot my old account) so i had to make a new one and i stumbled into a question, why does lol even have a leveling system? seem pointless to me not to mention when you play against some one 4-7 lvls higher than you they have a clear adv due to runes and masteries plus summoner spells personally i think the leveling system is outdated and just needs to be removed

people need 30 levels of practice before they can play ranked, and for most people they need more practice than that to be decent

Riot could make everything open for starters except ranked. There could be a game limit and after completing it they are able to play ranked.

Leveling while learning game is most important part to transit from being newbie to someone who actually can walk around Summoners Rift and have decent knowledge of the game.

Removal of leveling would make ranked games terrible experience where you would have 90% more afk's, rage quit people, flame, immature things and toxiticy in general.

Definitely need levels but it shouldn't take hundreds and hundreds of games just to reach something like teambuilder at level 25
