Yes go ahead and report them if it's for verbal abuse and intentionally feeding to the very end, but why report a person who trolled at the start but ended up contributing to the win?
If you couldn't have won without them, don't report unless they were verbally toxic.
Just because they contributed to the win doesn't mean they weren't a toxic jackass or a blatant troll while they did it. If you feed the enemy mid 10 free kills at the start of the match 'just to make it challenging' then we wind up winning anyway because it turns out the enemy mid-laner sucks, you're still a troll and you still deserve reporting.
I reported people in two wins yesterday. Both times they were toxic in team selection and then during the game. Even after we won I reported. There's no reason to be rude to anyone. People that are rude when winning are obvious toxic players who complain no matter the outcome.
