It's hard to improve yourself when your teammates are always feeding.

What could I have done better? How do I stop teammates from giving 1st blood 1v1? How can I stop one duo from feeding top and the other from randomly afking? Does it make me a greedy player when I'm the jungler yet I have the most gold on my team every game? Is it wrong for me to take kills from a feeding ADC? Should I assume that the 0-3-0 mid will put blue to good use? Is there something wrong with me if for 4 games in a row no one leashes?

Well, you don't strictly need a leash in S4.

If your laners are feeding, then you need to make life living hell for their jungler, and get one of your lanes rolling. Preferably mid lane. Unless they are dying all on their own, if their jungler ganks and you aren't doing something during the time he is ganking such as counterganking or fucking up his camps, then why do you play jungle? if he ganks top, your ass better be pinging dragon. Most common junglers can do it at pretty low levels, especially with assistance from your bot lane. A lot of them can solo it. Jungle is about applying pressure. Once you do that, you're actually doing your job.

You'll be amazed how a countergank for a 0/2 mid laner into an early mid turret can change a lane around.

If im doing bad and want to improve and my teammates always feed doesn't that mean that even if I improve it has nothing to do with them feeding unless I make it so?

If your teammates feeding is stopping you from growing then shouldn't you do something about it or take advantage?
