queue time punishments

I think that if you get a queue time, you should be able to wait out the 20minutes being able to actually do something, like browsing the shop, chatting with friends, or doing other stuff instead of just sitting there doing nothing. Another idea for this is that when the queue time is actually up, it doesn't automatically start, it waits for you to click "start game" again, this way, there's almost no way you can miss the queue and end up waiting double the amount u were anticipating.
