Rune page changes and rune page selection

Regardless of whether I'm on the updated or legacy client, my rune pages are bugged in a way where it's extremely awkward to make changes and whenever I enter champ select to select my rune page, it never selects the correct page. I've even tried to reinstall the game, but to no avail; the bug has been impacting me for almost a week now. I've noticed that only a handful of people are impacted by this bug, and it has tremendously impacted their game outcomes, so get this fixed ASAP please.
