Weeezing here to assist you today on behalf of the Account Team! Thank you so much for writing in with your concerns. Sorry about the delay! I've checked our system and it appears that there was a slight glitch with your skin boost. Normally when skin boosts are queued the RP from the purchase isn't removed from an account until after the game has been played(which generally stops the charge is a person queue dodges after the boost purchase was made).

However, in your case it appears that you were charged even though someone dodged. Not to worry though as I've credited 95 RP to your account for this mistake. Enjoy!

I wanted to post this because a year ago also it happened and i was told that it didn't exist so i am glad someone finally listened and took it serious. So if you have this happen you're not alone it is a rare glitch, hope they fix it now.
