The Leaverbuster Problem

I'm sure this has been done MANY times before, but i figured i might as well add to the pile if it'll get us one step closer to getting rid of this awful thing. , Here's my problem. Pretty much all of my leaverbusters come from my internet going out, therefore it thinks i left the game/rage quit, whatever, and slaps a 5 minute wait on me. That i can deal with, after all, it's just five minutes, i could get a snack or something in that time. 10 minutes, again, OK, in my opinion. But when it gets to 15 - 20 minutes? That's just wasting our time. I could play 2 - 3 games with the total hour and 40 minutes it bans me for. That's 14% of a 12 hour day, probably more for people who don't go to bed as late. Seriously, do you know what i could do while waiting an hour and 40 minutes in total? I could watch a movie, go out for dinner for a while, watch like 5 20 minute youtube videos. I feel like the problem isn't the 20 minutes itself, its the fact that i have to do that FIVE TIMES!!!. If they want people to quit whining about this thing, then either shorten the wait time, or reduce it to just 1 queue wait.

I feel like (trying) to sound smart right now, so i'll just do some math in my rant. League of legends say that 27 million people play their game daily, so lets say 1/10 of them get leaverbusted with the 20 minute ban. 27,000,000 people divided by 10 = 2,700,000 people with the 20 minute ban, 100 minutes in total of all the bans. 100 X 2.7 million = 270,000,000 minutes or 4,500,000 HOURS. That is the equivalent of 513 YEARS!. So, now that my math rant is done, please do something so i can get credit for the 10 minutes it took me to write that :P

TLDR: Leaverbuster queues over 5 centuries of people a day.
