Lag Spikes from Patch 6.1

Before Patch 6.1 was out and released, I was playing with 150 frames and below 40 ping or stuck at 40 ping.

Now when I play games, I now get 21 frames and 500 ping and really high ping spikes, and everyone that have played a game with me have said the same thing, really high ping spikes and random lag occurs for no reason.

Can you guys look into this issue? And also reply back to this post if you have also gotten random ping spikes or really high lag and low frames.
