Reporting Others for Saying "GG EZ" End of Game

Can you report people when they say GG EZ at the end of the game and spamming it at the end screen? I've seen many people do that and I was wondering if you could report them or not.

Like they go 0/15 top and still get carried by team and end of game they say "GG EZ NOOBS" and start laughing.
