@Riot: Any news about the Ahri Statue?

This is simply a question addressed to Riot. I was initially intending to buy the Ahri statue for a friend of mine as a Christmas/Birthday gift; that obviously is no longer an option, but the intent to make a gift of it is still there. However, I noticed that in the post Riot made about their decision to pull the statue, in answer to the question about whether or not it would return, we were only given a "we hope so". So I ask: are you, Riot, at this time able to provide us with any information about the status of the statue, or are your hands tied about what you can tell us?
