I did NOT get the 50% discount from buying Pool Party Rek'Sai even though I got the level 2 on the rewards site, I didn't get the discount. Is there some way i can buy the skin with a 50% discount rather than a 28% because if so, then i can also get the Pool Party Lulu skin (which i hoped to get).

Pool Party Rek'Sai is 28% off. She should be 975 RP.
We all got the level 2 on the rewards site: She's not supposed to be 50% off- Only the older Pool Party skin set's skins should. Pool Party Rek'Sai is only 28% off due it being a 1350 RP skin (1350 RP skins go on a sale of 28% off- 975 RP- for a few days after they're released).
The 50% discount was for the OLD Pool Party skins. The new skins are regular price with the 1350 RP skins being 28% discount (975 RP) on release per the norm.
