I opened a Mega Orb and received nothing but another Mega Orb and no skin shard, i have no proof, but it's what happened, I'm wondering if i can get another Mega Orb because of that. I'm also hoping you guys can go through someone's Hextech Crafting history so that you have proof. Thank you - AIan

Technically he is not greedy, if he got an orb from a mega orb and no skin, getting another orb will give him a skin so it would work out the same, but at the same time you should not ask for anything more, report the bug they will look into your account and see if what you said is correct and will give you compensation if you are

I get what your saying but, A mega orb is Guarenteed to get a Skin, He didnt get a skin but got another mega orb, if he got a skin he would have a skin and a mega orb and would be able to get 2 skins, but since he didnt get a skin in his first mega orb he now has only 1 skin from the orb he did get, so if riot gave him a second orb, he would get 2 skins thus negating the skin he did not get. if you follow me (that is if he is not lying just to get another orb)

Want another reason why you are wrong? Cause on both the PBE and on live server I have opened Mega orbs. And on both servers I have gained a guaranteed shard from them every time and have gotten another Mega orb after opening them one at a time. Or a few of the times gemstones since those are also in the "chance" section.
So I will say it for you clearly so you actually understand how the system works(for once): Mega orbs are guaranteed to drop a legacy skin shard and also have a chance to give another Mega orb, 2 gemstones and the new 
skin.

TheLastShadow452 votesI have opened 10 at once on the PBE before and got 12 items from it. 10 SKIN SHARDS, A MEGA ORB AND TWO GEMSTONES!(cause they counted for one) I'm not using false facts, you just don't understand a thing about the loot system.

10 Mega orbs turned into 11 drops, first one being another Mega orb and TEN SKIN SHARDS! SO I was fucking right.

Just tested, says guaranteed to give Legacy Skin Shard + a chance for another mega orb, 2 x gemstones or special Hecarim skin.
I received a mega orb, on first forge, opened it but only received a mega orb. Then I opened the second mega orb, got fnatic Karthus skin shard.
Riot, can I get my 200 tickets back? or if not, can I get Warring Kingdom Garen unlocked skin as compensation?
