The Garen Hoodie is all but premium - up your quality, Riot!

The gold pattern is stunning and of relatively high quality - good job! But this is where my praise ends.

I must say I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality:

1. The seams at the top and bottom of the grey areas around the zipper (1 and 2) are of really poor quality and craftsmanship, and make it look like a cheap knock-off. It is the most visible defect and makes me worried about the longevity of the item. http://i.imgur.com/sF7IVuB.jpg

2. The hoodie itself is not comfortable at all. It is rough, and hardly keeps me warm. I would prefer if it was made of a softer and better processed cotton material. The area around the stomach folds in a weird way and feels stiff when I sit (and before you go there: I am not obese, nor have I bought a hoodie that is too small): http://i.imgur.com/gTHLZnj.jpg

The product is of low quality, even poorer than an extremely cheap hoodie I paid less than $10 for and got sent to me from China. The material feels worn and behaves like it has been used and tossed in the washing machine for years - the fibers are that stiff. It feels like wearing a tarpaulin. The inside of the of the hoodie and the pockets are too rough. http://i.imgur.com/8GKRoaK.jpg The thin, black fabric placed on top of the gold pattern on the inside is really shoddy, and got worse after only one machine wash. It folds and thereby looses its function: to keep the rough gold pattern away from my skin. It will soon be curled all the way up, and then just fall off.

When the product has "premium" in the title, it should strive to maintain high quality. The "i pwn n00bs" hoodie from the legendary Pure Pwnage web series is of a much higher quality and costs only $39.99, without insane, added shipping costs. I paid $40 on top of the original shipping cost because the Garen hoodie was sent from Germany. 40$ + $11.40 (£10) - that is simply too much. I am used to $20-25 for American products from eBay and Amazon.

3. The zipper is not good. All-metal zippers are rarely ideal, and this is one of the worst zippers I have ever used. The slider is slow, often stops - even when one is careful, and it often skips zipper teeth and causes problems. Please update your products with coil chain zippers or molded plastic chain zippers of high quality.

To be blunt: the Garen Demacia Premium Hoodie is not premium, and the price can simply not be justified.

Should you ever update the Garen Demacia Premium Hoodie, I have a few suggestions:

1. Better textile quality + softer cotton
2. Neater and better seams without textile parts sticking out
3. Updated zipper

In addition to the three suggestions for improvements, I have some original suggestions:

1. Add textile shoulder pads that also have hidden pouches (stylish and functional!).

• this would make the product more unique

2. Add a design to the back so the hoodie is not so plain

4. Make the hoodie look more like Garen's armour or like a casual attire a member of the Demacian army would wear. It is too plain

I would like Riot to strive to reach the softness and quality of the Adidas Trefoil Hoodie. I will not buy apparel from the store until you can assure me the quality is higher than that of the Garen hoodie.
