Is NA available or not?

I got kicked, so re-launched. My launcher the button is grayed out and I have the yellow notification for maintenance. When i click it to bring me to the web page of availability it says NA is available though.....wat? Any word on how long this "emergency maintenance" is gonna take? I know they dont do well with estimates but I guess im a bit masochistic -_-'

Nope, not anymore at least, also how long it'll take? Hopefully not as long as it took when the new patch came about.
