Calling it now ! once that new item comes out that buffs healing and shielding people will QQ that rakas op again.. when in reality shes really not (ignite, morellows, executioners witch apparently so many people forgot that was brought back to the game...
Sad days for the support supports since they offer nothing other than utility/healing ..unlike mage supports and tank supports xD

She offers one thing:
An almost no cd heal and an Ult that heals the whole team. In fights that last longer than 10sek Soraka is just completly OP.
She doesnt need Damage/cc as the heal she is offering is strong enough already
yeulx1 votesCorrect she only has her heal to offer nothing else no damage her E is kinda a cc but verry unreliable.. but if u go look at other support supports Nami. has a bunch of cc and not as much healing and her heal is limited too but she offers alot more cc and an auto amp...... but i think the main issue isnt rakas heal i think its her Q effect when she hits it then mixed with her W it gives both players a regen... i do like how her heal takes hp and i think the hp it takes should be increased a bit while her Q regen only effects her..but u have to consider they changed raka to be like this for a reason.. because the old raka was to broken...i mean idk if u where around then but... yeah (edit) tho u do have to admit its pretty funny when people complain healing champions are broken when theres morellos.. ignite.. and executioners.. i dont remember if there was anythingelse that weakend healing effects
