do something with the levels, team builder

I'm just getting tired of maxing out the levels on my favorite champs only to play games against people that are still new to their champ. i have level 5 janna and a level 4 syndra yet ever team builder game i play i get matched with level 1-3 players that don't know how to build their champ or keep asking what their abilities do. i don't usually mind helping people out, but id rather play with people who are also level 4-5 on their champ so I'm not stuck in chat most of the game giving advice, or losing because they rage quite thinking their champs shit. i think we need to use the leveling system more in the fact champs we have at level 4-5 should be on the same team while level 1-2 is on another team so new players can work on their game together. while level 3 can be mixed and matched with either depending on how well their last few games went. or how close they are to the next level.

Team Builder is literally designed to test out new champs and lanes... last time i checked Team Builder queue's are already horribly long, but now you want to add an X champ of X level wants X lane instead of just Need a champ for X Role and lane? Yikes...

i don't find them any longer than normal games and if it sorts threw it would be fine matching players up. It would be similar to a ranked game. yes i do know its to try out new champs but its also a great way to practice the champs you know. which matching same level people together would help with the training. i find team builder is more helpful than normal games since you can't be 100percent sure what role you will get where team builder lets you work on each role as you need/ want. its a better way to get ready for a ranked game.
