Zilean change???

I also think he needs a change on his E kind of like trundles area speed boost. I think zilean would be a more valuable support if his E gave a smaller speed boost in an area that lasted as long as they stay int eh area while at the same time slowed enemies in it. This could also work very well with his Q making it easier to stun a group on enemies instead of only being able to secure one. just an idea i wanted to throw out there. someone could look into.
