No mystery skin gift from Riot?

I own Kayle and Riot Kayle already so I was suppose to get a mystery skin with the 10 year icon. Got the icon but nothing else. Anyone else have this happen?

Gifts for the Riot 10-year event are expected to be distributed up to September 23, 2016. If you don't have both the Riot 10 year icon and the Riot Kayle skin/Mystery Gift/RP by this date, please contact Riot Games Player Support and they can look into this for you.

Due to the nature of this particular gift and the way it varies by account, we’re not able to simultaneously grant it to everyone. This means it may take a few days for the gift to show on your account. We’re asking for a bit of patience through next week as we pick up all the stragglers—if you don’t have it by 9/23, let Player Support know. Additionally, players using the alpha League client may receive the gift but not a notice—double-check your account before opening a ticket.

not unusal.

~~I have accounts on dif servers~~, I have friends with accounts on different servers, all have met requirements, but only certain ones have gotten gift.

There are slowly trickling in....

....I suspect the CEO's dropped this on some poor unsuspecting department, and they are accomplishing the task through manual SQL queries.....lol.

I imagine the queries themselves taking a while, as well as the updating of the database, then get remainder, and iterate....
