Ladies and Mostly Gentlemen, I Present to you the Solution to Foul Custom Games

Hello players of the legendary league,

You are probably wondering why I’ve gathered you here today? Well I have been playing tons of custom games (mostly hide and seek) and I’ve noticed there are at least 1-2 trolls in each game. Since there is no punishment system, custom games are essentially headquarters for feeders, rule breakers (in hide and seek), spammers (chat and pings) and the occasional foreign language swearer. After retreating to the fountain countless times I began to think of a solution to this problem. Similar to the surrender button, if there was some way players on a team could vote (except the player they are trying to kick) to permanently kick a player from the game, preventing them from rejoining it then it would not only stop the urge to troll, but also enforce the custom rules the owner of the game has made. Of course there would be some negative aspects to this, if a team doesn't enjoy the play style of one their teammates, then they may simply vote to kick him. To work around this, if a player is kicked then they may join other games but not the original (similar to spectating). I believe this system would solve the trolling plague in custom games but I would love to hear your thoughts on this!
