Fan Made Champion: Discharge The Electric Entity

Summary: Discharge is an ability power melee assassin who specializes in bursting down multiple enemies at once with an array of aoe abilities. Discharge is a mobile menace that utilizes mana in its secondary bar. Abilities: Passive Static Discharge: Discharge’s abilities slow enemies hit by 65% for 1.25 seconds (has a static cool down of 15 seconds). First Ability Bolt Blast Range: 900 Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Cool down: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 Description: Discharge fires a bolt of pure electricity that detonates upon hitting an enemy in a 200 aoe radius, dealing (80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 65% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies. Second Ability Shock Wave Range: 400 Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Cool down: 18/16/14/12/10 Description: Discharge detonates itself, dealing (60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+ 50% AP) magic damage to all enemies around it and becoming untargetable for 1 second (Discharge is unable to move for the duration). Third Ability Electric Current Range: 650 Cost: 80 Cool down: 16/14/12/10/8 Description: Discharge dashes in the target direction dealing (50/95/140/185/230 (+55% AP) magic damage to all enemy champions it hits. Using Voltex refreshed this ability’s cool down Ultimate Ability Voltex Range: 1000 Cost: 100/150/200 Cool down: 150/125/100 Description: Discharge creates an electrical vortex around it for 6 seconds. In that vortex, Discharge is immune to slows, moves at a base 2000 movement speed and leaves a trail of static electricity as it moves. If Discharge connects with a trail, the area inside it detonates dealing (50/125/200 (+30% AP) magic damage to all enemies inside the detonated area. (Side note: this ability is similar to the concept of snake, the game where you grow bigger as you eat food and you die if you hit yourself but instead of dying, you the area inside in which you hit yourself detonates). Pros:
- Extremely mobile/slippery
- Very good at tower diving (can become untargetable)
- Lots of burst/team fight presence Cons:
- Very squishy (like all assassins)
- Quite vulnerable to cc especially if it is aoe (in the ult you just move fast and you are not immune to snares, stuns)
- Ult is useless if the target has any sort of mobility (enemies can flash/dash/teleport out of your ult area)
