State of the Game Address 2016

So now I can get to 30 in a weekend. Que a ranked game with no real grasp of the basics of the game ( lets face it, people don't have a grasp of the basics when it took twice as long to get to 30) Que a ranked game with a champ I have never played before. Que a ranked game with no runes. Can someone from RIOT please explain to me how you expect anything other than toxicity from the community. You set people up to fail and when they do how do you suppose they will react? How do you suppose the experienced player who was on their team is going to react? Something needs to change for the better instead of for the worse. You just in essence lowered the driving age from 16 to 8. Thanks.
