Bronze Dynamic Que
I would like to form a group of players to que ranked with. We can start dynamic que and eventually form a ranked team if we want. I have been tying to do this for a while and I seem to run into the same obstacles so I am going to list some requirements for everyone interested in joining. If you do not meet the requirements or do not wish to adhere to them please do not bother applying. Thanks in advance.
Have Curse Voice. It takes 60 seconds to download. If you do not have it do not apply. I would eventually like to use TS3 (I have a server we can use) or Raidcall (I have a server) but for now Curse it is.
Have 2-4 champions (with rune pages) in your chosen role that you have positive KDA and w/l record with AND PLAY THOSE CHAMPIONS Too many times I find that people que ranked games with champs they either are new to and don't play well or they play champs that they THINK they play well but simply do not. If you are 2W-10L with a champion it isn't everyone elses fault. You might even have a positive KDA with that champion but it's still a bad choice. I used to play Ziggs a lot and always win my lane and end most games positive but I lost. I had like a 40% win rate. After a while I had to accept that even though I won my lane and had a positive kda, i was not helping my team win games on this champion and needed to quit playing him until I learned why. If you want to practice champions thats fine but do it outside of team play.
Pick, build, and play your champ properly. If you are playing support you need to pick support and build support. The team doesn't require damage from you. It requires wards, wards, a locket, wards, frozen heart maybe, and more wards. I don't want to argue the value of ap sona I just simply don't want one. I also don't want Wukong or Velkoz support. Again I don't want to argue the merit of them, I just don't want them. The same goes for every lane. I don't want Riven mid or Graves jungle......Not saying it can't be done, just saying I don't want it on this team.
You have to listen and respond well to whoever is calling the game for us. If the call is "Go Baron" you go...not after blue, not after clearing a wave...you go immediately. An old school pro once put it perfectly....."the success or failure of an objective largely depends on team participation". Even if you think it's wrong, when a call is made, go.
Be present during the game. If you don't have the time, don't que. If you don't have the attention span to focus on the game, don't que. If you think being on a skype call while we are in game is ok, we wont get along. Basically We expect 100% of your attention for the short window that we are in game. If you can't give that, move on to the next post.
