Good programs for making a montage?

Hello, I need a good program that can make quality montages. Yes I will have to learn how to use it effectively, but need something that makes quality effects such as those seen in some youtube channels that makes people wanna keep watching their videos.

I'm currently in placements around plat 1/diamond 5 elo and have been getting some really good plays. I have them recorded, but need something to put them together. I want to finish placements so I can put it all in a montage and add some good music to it.

If you know someone or know how to make montages, what program would you suggest? Thank you.
