Didn't they put it on the pbe a while ago? What made them take it off. It's a good idea.

they just added some pbe files that have to do with champion masteries(maybe the centered splash arts?)
They're official, Mastery 6 and 7. The animations and everything are all ready in PBE, they're just not activated yet. Go check them out, pretty sweet animations there

Riot is just taking their time deciding on more rewards for players who reached mastery 6 and 7. Be patient, I'm sure it will be awesome
i would totally no life kat to get full mastery. im already mastery 5 with kat cause i main her but i would play her top,mid,jungle,adc,support to get that also that picture cool af
