Ive even said i'm trying not to trip but I just recently lost a Tier promo series and was upset. I just feel like I have these options in a game: Talk and work together thanking people for their efforts and offering suggestions when certain tactics fail= Reported.Do not communicate except at chap select= Reported.Freak out(like in the games you cited)= Reported. With the recent plague of intentional feeders which you have even stated on the forums is a problem of epic proportions. I do get mad when people run in and purposefully ruin games, when I am punished for dodging a que full of people I know will cause me to get upset its hard not to be forced into bad situations by the matchmaking current state.
Most diamond+ are JERKS x10 and they are still here... -sigh- This new thing you guys are doing is going to cost me a 1000$, basically the worth of my account and skins. When the real problem is that you dont have a real system in place the explains the roles how to play ect, I mean just a basic??? Basicly I learned how to play this game with people yelling at me, now incomes the internet mall cops to stop people from wearing offensive hoodie when the problem is the guy stealing or the kid skateboarding through the mall. I did wrong I get it, ban warranted ill work on it. You know what wasnt? Piss poor customer service with copy pasted responses. You know why the old system in place didnt catch me? Cause im not toxic in 95% of games. I'm getting picked on because I had a rough week on league, because I was on such a high cause I was doing so well, then I hit that Tier promo won my first two matches and lost one right after the other because of trolls. First time in two years being able to possibly get out of bronze back into silver. So now because of your new initiative I could lose my account because of this new thing you are trying. You joke but being 22 years old the money ive put into this game ='s real loss to me because of how little money we college students have. Thanks for understanding the community while you sit on a highchair and judge
This is what I had posted right before to give context, their is actually much more. It took a long time to get logs, so I gave a little feedback and this is what I got in return, apparently I should be Jesus and you should be too.

We do review whole chat logs and not just one players side. All the players that portray consistent negative behavior receive the proper punishments. The suspension that was placed on your account was for your behavior in these games. Keep in mind that Two wrongs do not make a right just because someone is being negative or toxic towards you doesn't mean you are immune to respond back to them. If a player is bothering you just mute them, report them at the end of the game, and move on. Commenting or responding to anything they are saying is just instigating the situation further and making it worse. Instead of wasting the energy on those players focus on finishing out the game with the rest of your teammates.
A warning shouldn't be necessary to know that you should be respecting the Summoner's Code at all times. ( http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/ ) harassing, insulting, or griefing teammates or enemy players is not acceptable behavior in League of Legends. If a player is bothering you in any way just mute them. Two wrongs don't make a right so just because someone is being negative or toxic towards you doesn't mean you are immune to respond back to them. Mute them and communicate and work with your other 3 teammates to finish out the game.

Apparently, we should get no warnings, we are undeserving. I have received about 4-5 warnings and received a single chat restriction in the two years ive played and somehow I went up to 2week ban status pending permaban because I lost a tier and got mad for about 5-6 games, we've all been their, we just didn't get ridiculously banned because of a bad period with very little time to do anything about it. Im referencing the several people who find themselves double two week banned the week they come back.

Because police do not serve this exact purpose in life, and for some reason when people turn on their computer, fire up league , then they are stripped of all human emotion becomeing saintlike washing them of previous sin and preventing never make a transgression. This is due to the "Summoner's Code" for it means more than any law, bible or judicial ruling.
Okay I hate real world comparisons too when playing games but I felt this is VERY appropriate because of the "Quoted" phrase from pandas last response ^^^ this is what I said back... I just feel like they expect no-one at any point in their time playing to have a bad week ect. and now wave the Pending Permanent Ban scare.
