I think one of the most infuriating things in League, is being in bot lane while fighting against a group of 3+ players. 8 minutes in I get 5 man ganked under my turret, only for them to stay until they got both. After saying 'Like hello wtf is this trash" I get the most epic response ever. "It's a team game" they caps in the chat. "You're just bad" they cry. Really? What is this disgusting meta of 5 man ganks 3 seconds into the game. And how do we make them go away. (Yes we were warded but 5 people including ahri and darius, your tower doesnt exactly mean anything.)

Turrets do peanut damage in S6

except outer turrets (the first tier) haven't had their damaged nerf recently. In fact, they haven't been changed since season 4, patch 4.11 where they made the outer turret ramp up damage increase from +25% to +37.5% per shot, capping at 2 shots instead of 3.

The only other noticeable change to turret damage is the inhibitor/nexus turrets now spewing out an armor shredding laser that seems to kill tanks at and equal speed to killing squishies with the overall time to kill against squishies increased.

Towerdives are becoming more commonplace and successful because the community as a whole, has improved in terms of skill. The playerbase at this point understands how to turret dive and it's becoming a common practice similar to last hitting or warding or smiting objectives. Bear in mind that ganking has been a thing in MOBAs long before League's existence. And towerdives are really just an advanced extension of a gank.

I loved supporting with a passion from S4-S5 (S3 I was a Sivir wanna-be main noob) and now I see how annoying it is to be in bot lane. Now I see why no one plays the role.
