So whats an actual way to get a cheating player banned

nothing ever seems to work tickets for sure dont. lb in my last game obviously bought account played terribly, has lost last 10 games in a row. And last played over a month ago with flopped sums. Did 0 damage as midlane. Feel free to look it up players like this just need to get banned quickly yet nobody every does anything from my experience.

You are saying they are "cheating" if they bought their account?

Can't really get with you there. Cheating are things like drop hacking, using third party programs to assist in game, etc. Buying an account is more of a business concern for Riot than an in game issue -- not that I condone it. Apples and Oranges.
