Horrible North America server

For the past three games i have been repeatedly reported for afk, which is NOT my doing. While playing the game i can move around the map freely but no one on my screen appears to be moving whatsoever. It turns out that they are actually the ones moving and they see me as standing still on their map. With this new leaver buster system in effect, I'm afraid i will be getting banned due to "AFK" when in fact it is the servers messing up as my wifi is completely 100% fine. Please riot, I ask for help/insight on what the problem is. At least make summoners rift work correctly again so other people don't get banned because I know you guys probably won't even work to get my last three matches as "loss prevented" as i am just one person with one account.... thanks.

The new LeaverBuster system is flawed as all hell.

Riot should fix their servers before blaming people for their AFK/DC/Crash when it has to do with the Riot servers being unstable...

Just got put on lower priority queue for leaving a game when it's because I had to disconnect due to the "attempting to reconnect" bs that never reconnects, followed by some problem I've been having where I can't reconnect unless I restart the client, followed by not being able to restart the client because it takes forever to log out. This is the second time I'm on lower priority queue, if it weren't for the fact supports on teambuilder find games easily, I'd quit league. I can't find games in the other queue, I spend like 50 minutes waiting for nothing.
