Infinite looping comment restriction on my account

I currently just finished 40 comment restriction matches on my account. Finally finished the last game about an hour ago, logged off, and recently (5 mins ago) logged on to get a notification stating "you have 22 games of chat restrictions due to negative left". I didn't' even play a match after i finished my last sentence of my chat restrictions so how in the world could it have judged me? I would like to have my freedom from chat restrictions back or at least a justification of the bug apparently at play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
