Any way for me to see my own chat logs?

A few days ago, I received a chat restriction. It was only 5 games, I played through them, I am NOT trying get out of a penalty. However, I made a support ticket to ask what exactly I did to get the restriction in the first place. I asked to see the logs, and they have been refusing to give me any information. Every response just says, "your account was in clear violation of summoner code, etc." I get it. But they won't show me logs, they won't say what I said, they won't say why I was even reported. Here's the thing: the chat restriction did not teach me what you wanted it to, and so I am asking directly, what can I do to improve my behavior?

Before I got restricted, I really did consider myself to be a near model League player. When I was restricted, I hated it NOT because my team was a bunch of noobs and I couldn't say so, but because I couldn't rapid fire "gj," "sweet," "cool this is ours," like I normally do. That is literally the only thing I noticed during those 5 games. I'm serious, that really is how I normally behave in a game: with like 70% of the chat just me congratulating everyone or warning people that early flaming is not needed. However, getting the chat restriction means I have a false image of my in-game self, so I need someone to show me what I'm forgetting.

I am not asking for "proof" that I deserved this penalty, but if everybody refuses to show me what I did wrong, then what choice do I have but to consider that I might not have done anything wrong after all? All anyone will say to me so far is "trust us, you deserved it, but we are not showing you why." If anybody has the authority, please just give me something to work with: the report category people used to file reports against me, or a chat log, or maybe even provide me a quote of an example as to why I was chat restricted. I do not remember what I said. Honest. I am only looking for my errors to be pointed out to me.

TLDR; I got chat restricted and even though I already played through all the restricted games, I still sincerely do not understand why I got the penalty. My requests to be presented with me toxic actions/dialogue are being denied and I still don't know how to reform my behavior in-game. I'm looking for someone who can just show me my chat logs or quote me or something so I can see myself misbehaving.
