New Swain base splash art???

I have never seen this splash art before so it caught me off guard, it was also for Swain and this is what I thought: New base splash art for Swain?

Very Nice. I'm really curious as to why they're making centered splash arts. I don't like them as much as the regular ones.

Is it just me, or does swain look like singed with hair and a cane?
