being one of the most popular adcs.. you have to play like challengers to get an s on vayne
If you want S ranks, play underpicked champs.
like any other champion that isn't a support. High kills, high assists, little to no deaths. 200+ cs at like 20 minutes. Couple wards placed, couple destroyed.

The s system works like this: It compares you to other vayne's in the role that you are playing, so say vayne bot would be 10 times more difficult then say vayne mid because almost all the good vaynes bot do incredibly well and all the vaynes mid just int. So just play off meta stuff and it will happen. Spammed yasuo jungle for my s :)
It took me a few tries before I could get my last S on vayne for mastery 7 lol
But basically high kills & assists, low deaths, high CS / dmg done to champs. Make sure you do a lot better than the enemy adc
